Cruisers Yachts Four-Time Recipient of Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Award
October 21, 2005 - Cruisers Yachts, a leading manufacturer of luxury yachts, today received a 2005 CSI Award, the National Marine Manufacturers Association's (NMMA) highest customer satisfaction award, in the category of Inboard Express Cruiser Boats. This is the fourth year that Cruisers Yachts has been recognized by a CSI Award, which is every year in this category since the award's inception.
"Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction is what drives our business," said Jim Viestenz, president of KCS International, parent company of Cruisers Yachts. "We take the time to listen to each customer's needs and wants in order to fit them with the perfect yacht. Throughout the years, we've had numerous customers remain loyal to the Cruisers Yachts family by purchasing new models due to of the dependable service they've received."
To be recognized, a CSI Award recipient must have achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on information provided by consumers who have purchased a new boat during the period of July 2004 to June 2005.
The awards were presented during ceremonies Friday, October 21, at the International BoatBuilders' Exhibition and Conference (IBEX), at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Florida.
