Cruisers Yachts Receives Eighth CSI Recognition Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction from M

OCONTO, Wis. (July 29, 2009) - Cruisers Yachts, a leading manufacturer of luxury yachts, today received the coveted 2009 CSI Award, the National Marine Manufacturers Association’s (NMMA) highest customer satisfaction recognition. 2009 marks the eighth year in a row that the Wisconsin manufacturer has received the honor in the category of “Inboard Express Cruiser Boats,” every year since the award’s inception.

“This recognition is yet another confirmation of the quality of our yachts and the level of customer service that our owners have come to both expect and receive,” said Mark Pedersen, president and CFO of KCS International, parent company of Cruisers Yachts. “Cruisers Yachts recognizes the importance of maintaining a high level of brand quality as well as expanding our brand message.  In these economic times, it’s easy for companies to cut corners on the elements that have built their reputation, and we won’t do that to our customers or the quality of our yachts.”

To be recognized, a CSI Award recipient must have achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on information provided by consumers who have purchased a new boat during the period from April 2008 to March 2009. The recipients of the 2009 CSI Award were announced on Wednesday, July 29.

Headquartered in Oconto, Wis., Cruisers Yachts is a division of KCS International Inc., which includes sister company Rampage Sport Fishing Yachts.
