Cruisers Yachts Six-Time Recipient of Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Award

OCONTO, Wis. (July 5, 2007) - Cruisers Yachts, a leading manufacturer of luxury yachts, today received the coveted 2007 CSI Award, the National Marine Manufacturers Association's (NMMA) highest customer satisfaction award, in three categories. The 2007 awards mark the sixth year in a row that the Wisconsin manufacturer has received the honor in the category of "Inboard Express Cruisers," every year since the award's inception. In addition, Cruisers Yachts has been recognized in the "Inboard Motor Yachts and Trawlers" and the "Sterndrive Cuddy Express" categories. The new acknowledgment makes them a winner in three categories and one of the few boat manufacturers to achieve such recognition.

"We have committed an unprecedented amount of attention to advancing the quality of our yachts and the level of customer service that our owners receive," said Jim Viestenz, president of KCS International, parent company of Cruisers Yachts. "Cruisers Yachts is extremely proud of this recognition and it shows that we are excelling as we continue to grow our brand and introduce models in new categories."

To be recognized a CSI Award recipient must have achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on information provided by consumers who have purchased a new boat during the period from April 2006 to March 2007. The recipients of the 2007 CSI Award were announced on Thursday, July 5th.
