KCS International, Inc. Creates New Job Opportunities in Oconto, Wis.

OCONTO, Wis. (November 8, 2007) - KCS International, Inc., the parent company of luxury boat manufacturer Cruisers Yachts, announced today its plans to add 50 new crew members to its Oconto and Crivitz, Wis. facility by the end of the year.  This mass hire is due to the relocation of Rampage Sport Fishing Yachts from Wilmington, North Carolina to its Wisconsin facilities, where sister company Cruisers Yachts has been manufactured for over 50 years.

“KCS International, Inc. continues to take some bold steps in its effort to enhance the Rampage offshore fishing yachts brand,” said KCS International, Inc. President Jim Viestenz.  “We firmly believe that bringing the Rampage brand back to Wisconsin and putting both Rampage Yachts and Cruisers Yachts under one roof will only continue to advance the overall emphasis we place on producing the highest quality of marine products.”

The state of the art manufacturing facilities in Crivitz and Oconto is 450,000 square feet and is plenty of room to accommodate all of the Rampage operations including manufacturing, engineering, accounting, purchasing, customer service, marketing and sales, as well as the overall team management.  Over the last four years, Rampage has designed and built its tough, blue water battle wagons in North Carolina. By January 2008, KCS International, Inc. expects both brands to be operational in Oconto.

Jeff Brunson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, will assume all responsibilities for both Rampage Sport Fishing Yachts and the Cruisers Yachts brands.  This position is now under the umbrella of KCS International, Inc.

“It is a very exciting time for us and I look forward to the opportunity to make both of these brands work in unison,” said Brunson.  “We have already hired 60 new people in the last several months to work on the Rampage brand and also help with the increasing demand for the 2008 Cruisers Yachts models.”

According to Bruce Mommaerts, executive director of Oconto County economic development corporation and tourism, the relocation of the Rampage brand to Oconto provides a great opportunity for the region’s strong marine manufacturing industry.  “From an economic standpoint, this addition will also provide a number of jobs for residents in and around the Oconto County, Wisconsin area,” said Mommaerts.

This year both Rampage and Cruisers Yachts were recognized by the National Marine Manufacturing Association (NMMA) for the 2007 Customer Satisfaction Index Recognition Award.  Cruisers Yachts has been recognized with award for the sixth consecutive year; this is the first year that Rampage has been recognized with this distinguished award.

Rampage Sport Fishing Yachts and Cruisers Yachts are both divisions of KCS International, Inc.  The Rampage line-up includes 30 to 45-foot express and convertible yachts that are designed and built for rugged blue-water; and combine comfort, convenience and speed.  For more information on Rampage “THE OFFSHORE AUTHORITY”, visit http://www.rampageyachts.com.
